The Process

Drink your coffee calmly and with positive intention, leaving only a few teaspoons of coffee in the cup and focus on what you want to know.

Hold the cup handle with the rim facing upwards and slowly move your cup counter-clockwise, so that its contents swirl inwards. This will make some of the grounds stick to the side, while the rest will settle at the bottom.

Invert the cup onto the saucer and leave it aside for 7 minutes, allowing the liquid contents to slowly drip down into the saucer, leaving the coffee grounds inside the cup.

Remember, it is very important to pour your coffee into a simple white cup. The contrast of black and white makes the images clearer and easier to read.
